For Dragonflitter - my first ever fairy pony drawing! ......you know, I love the breed dearly, but I think I will always fear drawing those wings. This is also, incidentally, the first Pony Island breed I've ever drawn. I may well take a break from owed art at some point here and draw one or two of my own ponies, probably after my Pheonix girls drop their foals.

The problem with winged ponies is that there are only so many "flying" poses. Now, Sky Bridge at least automatically called to mind a rainbow (rainbow = bridge in sky. Yeah, I know, not overly clever), but every winged pony in ponydom has raced over the rainbow.

So I have him racing UNDER the rainbow instead. After all, marathons are one of the best ways to level up in PI and the shortest distance along a curved line is on the inside of the curve.

First place in this race? SKY BRIDGE! ....and just ignore all of those cries of "That's cheating" from behind him. They're just jealous.
